Terms of Service

Kiste provides on-demand virtual machines for development and agentic workloads. By using the service you agree to these terms; the authoritative German-law version is available on request.

Acceptable use

Use your machines for lawful purposes. Abuse — attacking third parties, cryptomining, spam, or attempting to break sandbox isolation — leads to suspension.

Your content

What you run and store in a machine is yours. We access machine contents only when required to operate the service or when you ask us to.

Service level

Kiste is in public beta: we operate it with production-grade care but without a formal SLA yet. Machines have persistent disks; still, keep copies of anything irreplaceable.
